MANAGEMENT TEAM Francisco Javier García López holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM) and a diploma in Business Administration and Management from the UNED. For 10 years he developed his professional activity in technology, strategic and business consulting (working at Accenture and Banco Espirito Santo) and at the age of 33 he founded Smartrental together with Fernando Rodríguez, a company that he led as CEO until September 2022, when he was appointed Executive Chairman. In 2014, he enters the world of real estate investment, helping private and institutional investors to obtain their goals. Currently Fran, in addition to being Executive Chairman of SmartRental, is a director of several companies dedicated to real estate investment.

Carlos has a degree in Hotel Management from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from the Instituto de Empresa (IE). After gaining experience in the management of hotels and hotel management centers, his latest career is as Vice President of Hotel Assets for two international hotel funds of the private bank Edmund de Rothschild. Carlos has extensive experience in hotel chains and international hotel asset management from the USA, UK, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Holland.
+ information - informationIlia has an extensive experience of more than 15 years dedicated to the tourism and hotel sector. Graduated in Tourism, he furthered his education with an Executive MBA from UNIR and in Real Estate & Hospitality from Instituto de Empresa (IE).
After dedicating his first years of experience to the management of corporate events, he focused his career in the financial and management control area, which allowed him to lead the operations department at SmartRental for five years. He currently holds the position of Deputy CEO, bringing a transversal analytical and operational vision that encompasses all aspects of the business, allowing him to approach challenges from different perspectives.+ information - information+ information - information+ information - information+ information - informationSenior Architect by the UEM, with experience in different assets and specialized in the living and hotel sector. He has worked in the strategy and investment department of Aedas Homes (BTR and Senior Living) and in the BTR and Coliving department of Grupo LAR. Borja has completed the real estate management program at the Instituto de Empresa (IE).
+ information - information+ information - informationShe has more than 25 years of experience in the hotel sector. She studied a Master in Hotel Management at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has 20 years of experience in Revenue Management & Reservations.
She started her professional career as Head of Reservations for the Derby Hotels Group in Madrid and later became Director of Revenue & Reservations at the Ritz Hotel where she completed her 15 years of experience with the opening of Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid.
Today, as CRO of SmartRental, she leads the implementation of Revenue Management processes and structure for all the group's properties.

+ information - informationWith more than 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Catering sector, Alberto has a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master's Degree in Tourism and Catering Management from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). He has built his career combining challenges in both Purchasing Management and Operational Management, developing these experiences in Hotel Chains and in Organized Catering Groups. He currently collaborates with the Madrid Chamber of Commerce where he is an associate professor in the area of Purchasing Management.
