We have multiple spaces in the Gran Via in Madrid that you can hire for private events: recordings, private parties, shooting for brands, shooting of advertisements...
You can rent the following spaces:
-Swimming pool and roof terrace overlooking the Gran Via on the top floor of an exclusive building. We are located in Gran Via 14, Madrid within SmartRental Colection Capital.
-Rooftop and terrace overlooking the Plaza de Callao, the Capitol building and the mythical Schweppes light. We are in Gran Vía 42, Madrid within SmartRental Colection Centric.
-Pool and rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Malasaña neighborhood, on the top floor of the Hotel Akeah.
-Patio and restaurant area, with graffiti by urban artist Creto in the Hotel Akeah.
-Multidisciplinary room in the Hotel Akeah, on the top floor and with an exclusive terrace.
